Today was our Apex Pep Rally, kicking off our 2-week fundraiser and leadership program! 🎉 The Apex Team will be on campus teaching leadership and helping us raise money for Teacher Wishlists, Additional Soccer goals for the field, and Possible gym renovations.

Attention future 5th -8th grade RFMS Students! Are you interested in competition robotics? Ruth Fisher Middle School will be hosting tryouts on June 1, 2026, from 2 to 5 pm. Tryouts will be on the second floor of the gym. We hope to see you there!

On Tuesday, April 28 our playground will be closed in the morning to prepare for a student pep rally. Please drop off students at the gym doors near the office between 6:30 and 7:00 AM rather than the regular drop off gates. Thank you.

Kindergarten promotion will be held at Tonopah Valley High School on May 27 this year. Incoming Kindergarten registration is this Wednesday from 4 - 6 PM. Call 623-474-5301 for appointments. For all registered Kindergarten students for 2026 - 2027, camp sign up is now open.

Winters Well successes were celebrated at our April Board meeting. Congratulations to art teacher Mrs. Jerry, student of the month representative Zeke, and our Robotics team!

Good afternoon SMUSD Families. The School Board will be voting on the district boundary changes at the Governing Board Meeting on Wednesday April 8th at 6 p.m. These changes come from the recent decision to reconfigure our schools. Boundaries will be as follows: TVHS (9-12, Remains the same) WWES (K-4, Remains the same) RFMS (5-8, Becomes current WWES boundary) TES & DSES (K-4 and 5-8 for the Tartesso and Teravalis communities). We will continue communication as further decisions are made regarding transportation, athletics, and more. Thank you for your continued patience and support during this period.
